Rush Sports Performance understands the demands of playing at all levels of competition and what it takes to compete and win. Whatever sport you are involved in, it is your life, your passion and your mission to succeed that is unwavering. We offer numerous programs designed to meet the specific needs of all of our athletes. All programs are designed to enhance your performance, increase your strength, speed, and agility while focusing on learning proper mechanics and application of those mechanics, to further shape your competitive advantage on or off the field.

Our coaches will help you develop into a better athlete, regardless of what stage you are in your athletic career, while at the same time reducing the risk of injury and boosting self confidence and awareness.

We start by conducting an in-depth evaluation and physical condition analysis to help us determine which program will best fit your needs and attain your goals. Based on the results, we will recommend which program you should start with which may include small or large group settings, or even individualized private training.

Parisi Speed Training

Speed is a skill! Regardless of the sport, every athlete can benefit from improved speed, strength, agility and quickness. Our speed classes provide the strategies and techniques necessary for athletes to improve their first step quickness, acceleration and deceleration, top speed, linear and lateral speed, change of direction mobility, and maximum velocity.

Until a coach and the athlete know his or her current level of physical readiness, it is impossible to realistically recommend programming, create goals or monitor progress. The Rush Sports Evaluation is critical to every athlete in our program.

Adult Programs

Our Adult programs are designed and offer to help adults increase their general fitness levels. We can cater to an array of adult athletes or adults looking to get back in shape. Classes are held at times to maximize privacy as well as at times that allow parents to train at the same time as, but in different parts of the facility.

Training for Warriors

Coming in June!! TFW encompasses signature warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all based on a comprehensive evaluation process. The most important component of the system is its motivational approach and family environment.
