Our advanced training system is designed to maximize your results and take you to the next level. We use the MORR System designed by the world-renowned Chip Smith. Chip created the MORR System after having an impressive two-sport career and graduating from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in physical education. Numerous professional, elite, and Olympic athletes have experienced monumental results when they received MORR training.

Here at Rush Sports Performance we are proud to be the first MORR-certified training center in the Western United States. With this advanced training methodology, you can increase your flexibility, speed, power, and efficiency to enhance your on-field performance. Our advanced athletic program focuses on the development of speed, power, and strength for teenagers and adults alike. Some of the focuses of each session include the ability to change direction quickly, linear speed, and strength training for injury prevention and muscle development. Our athletes train several times weekly on the efficient movement patterns necessary to make faster cuts, has a more explosive first step, and improve straight ahead speed. If you want to beat the competition to the ball, finish line, basket or other determining marker, you must improve your lateral speed, run better routes and improve on your 20, 40 or 60 yard dash and this program is designed to get you there!

PEAK

PEAK Program was created for elite athletes who aspire to compete at the highest levels. The program focuses on each individual's needs and desired improvements for his or her specific sport. PEAK can be added to our Jump Start and Total Performance programming to provide a comprehensive athlete training program or it can stand on its own to work only on specific needs.

PEAK has an intense focus on specific strength and speed training techniques centered around an athlete's individual needs, recovery, nutrition and regeneration. The training is unmatched in its intensity. It utilizes advanced training methodologies and tools to help athletes break through previous speed and strength plateaus and reach new heights of athletic performance. PEAK athletes are assigned to a specific Certified Performance Coach who monitors progress and plans progression programming specific to the athlete and his/her progress.

PEAK has been proven to help athletes:

  • Increase vertical jump
  • Break their all-time max lift
  • Maximize agility

MORR

The MORR program uses a unique and proprietary methodology known as the MORR System. This approach isolates sports specific, position, specific movements and motions, and increases an athletes speed, flexibility, efficiency and explosive power in that movement.

Designed to maximize individual results for each athlete, the MORR system does not attempt to alter or improve the mechanics of a specific skill. Instead, the movements of the workout are identical to the movements that the athlete makes during competition in order to directly improve on-field performance.

MORR is a proprietary SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING system used by more professional, Olympic and elite level athletes than any other system in the world.

Sport Specific

Sport Specific programs designed for athletes that want to focus on very specific sports or on positional development. Elite athletes who want to perform at the highest levels have very specific needs and require meeting certain obstacles while maximizing performance yet minimizing risk to injury. Our specific sport programs at Rush Sports Performance focus on speed, endurance, mobility, psychological & mental preparedness and strength-training techniques that are tailored to each individual’s recovery, regeneration, and nutrition needs. The training is intense in order to give each athlete a competitive edge. We compete every day whether it is in school taking tests or on the field in a match up.
